Thank you!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has loved and supported this blog over the years! I've received so much love for this thing I pulled together years ago just for the love of this art form and I hope it has helped people see this in a more positive light and create their own looks for themselves 😄

Male Fat Suit

This is a male version of fat suit 1, designed without the wide hips and boobs. Like the female look this is also estimated to add 100lbs to you however the bigger the belly the more weight you put on!

You will need:
1x large blanket, preferably one about 4x as wide as you that goes up to your waist at least (half your body size)
2x Large Pillow, one you'd find on a bed
3x Smaller blankets, no more than 2ft by 4ft
2x Large scarves, the same size
2x Smaller scarves, the same size
 To keep it all in:
1x Long leggings, 1 or 2 sizes bigger than you
1x one-piece shapewear, also 2-3 sizes bigger than you
1x Bolero with long arms
You will also need clothes big enough to fit over your larger size

Picture A

1) Put the leggings on. Wrap the large blanket around you as in Picture A. Tuck the back into the leggings and take the bottom right-hand corner and pull it down the right-hand leg and wrap it round your ankle so it meets the blanket on the other side. The blanket is in theory folded in half between your legs so make sure there is enough fabric to cover your whole legs as you stand. When all the right-hand half of the fabric is tucked around the leg so it doesn't ride up, repeat for the left leg.

*This is possibly the toughest bit of my design but it looks the more realistic than other homemade suits. Practice makes perfect!

2) Take the large pillow and put it down the back of your leggings over your butt. If the blanket is large enough stuff it inside there.

TIP! If they make your butt look too small, just put another small pillow underneath the large one right over your butt.

Take one of the smaller blankets and fold it in half. Stuff it between your legs so your thighs touch if they don't already. This should make it harder to walk so you are forced to waddle. You don't have to put this in if you would prefer to not be restricted in this way but I feel it's more realistic.

3) Take the shapewear and put the bottom half on so it keeps all the pillows in place. Stuff the other large pillow in the front of your belly. You may need another small pillow if you are skinny however if you are already quite fat like me your own fat will do! To create the look of rolls of flab roll up the smaller blankets and place them across the large pillow across your belly. I must stress these need to be on the outside of the pillow to create the look! To create a belly hang get a shapewear that is even bigger than you in the suit and place a pillow in the bottom securing it with safety pins. The top belly should blend in with the hanging belly, use more safety pins to secure it.

4) To create the moobs just take the large scarves and roll up each so it fits over your chest and protrudes on top of the belly. No bit of the scarf should be showing over the shapewear so it all looks natural but the tightness of this outfit should keep it all in.

5) The final part is with the arms. There are a number of different ways of doing this part. You could either wrap a scarf round your arms to create some extra flab but this isn't as good as producing a bingo wing look. I prefer to stuff a scarf down the sleeve of a bolero jacket creating the bingo wing. You may need to use a thin scarf on your forearms if you're really skinny!
